Our modern Villa Mariposa is located in the beautiful community "La Medina" in Dènia, about 2 km from the sea and the downtown. Here you can enjoy a perfect family holiday with mountain views of the nature reserve "El Montgó". The property has been renovated in 2019 and is divided on two floors. On the main floor, there is a bright and cosy living room with a (sofa) bed, as well as a dining area and direct access to the beautiful and spacious outdoor terrace. This terrace is perfect for enjoying an outdoor breakfast or for planning a barbecue evening, as it also has an electric grill. On the same main floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with integrated fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and much more. The upper floor is accessed by 5 small steps and there you will find the 2 double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. Both the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning hot/cold. It also has a desk and monitor, making it ideal for use as an office space in the living room. Plug in your laptop and you‘re ready to go. WIFI is available throughout the house. As if that wasn‘t enough, there is a wonderful and exclusive communal swimming pool with manicured lawns and beautiful palm trees. There is also a parking space with carport for your car, right next to the front door of the house.
Very nice and quiet location in Denia, only about 2 km from the sandy beach and the town centre. In Denia you will find a large selection of restaurants, bars, shopping streets, simply everything your holiday heart desires... The large shopping centre "Portal de La Marina" is only 20 minutes away by car, and the well-known golf courses in La Sella and Oliva Nova are also only a few minutes away by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are easily reached by motorway in one hour each.
