Description
Our Casa Gila is located in a quiet residential street on a sunny plot, just a few metres from the sandy beach. There are several seating areas around the house. Entering through the front door, you step into the living-dining room, which offers a cosy and inviting space to spend time together. The open-plan kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The living area is fitted with air conditioning. Two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with a bidet complete the home.

Location
Just 15 minutes from the Oliva Nova Golf course, our small villa in Les Deveses is located very close to the beach, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. The nearby villages of Els Poblets and El Vergel are about a 5-minute drive away, and our charming "main town" Denia is located approximately 10 km away. Both airports, Alicante and Valencia, are about an hour’s drive from the property.

From 01.10. - 30.04. for €65 per night. From 01.05. - 30.06. and from 01.09. - 30.09. €85 per night. From 01.07. - 30.08. for €115 per night. Rentals in July and August are only available from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights. All prices are plus electricity based on consumption at €0.35 per kWh. A one-off cleaning fee of €130 for the house applies. Pets are not allowed! Optional: 1 set of bed linen and 2 towels per person for an additional €20. + Wi-Fi internet usage for €10 per week. A refundable security deposit of €200 is required, to be paid in cash upon arrival. A longer stay over the winter period (from 01.10. - 30.04.) is possible in this house for €900 plus additional costs (electricity, water, and internet).
