Despite the idyllic tranquility, everything is within easy reach: The center of Els Poblets is approximately 1.6 km away, while the lively center of Dénia is about 9.5 km away. For sun worshippers, the beach is just 1.5 km away. A variety of shops, bars, and restaurants are conveniently located nearby, only about 800 meters from the property.

The inviting, approximately 28 m² conservatory serves as the entrance to the house. Inside, you‘ll find a spacious living room equipped with a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings and a smart TV (including German, Spanish, French, and Swiss channels). The dining area is located directly at the kitchen counter and flows seamlessly into another room with a large dining table, as well as into the fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired For a restful sleep, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x200 cm), both equipped with modern air conditioning (hot/cold). The accommodation also includes a bathroom with shower-bathtub, bidet, and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet with washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. The outdoor area boasts a private pool (1.40 m deep) with Roman steps. A special feature is the unique filtration system, which operates the pool almost chlorine-free, making it particularly gentle on the skin. A hot/cold outdoor shower provides refreshing breaks. The spacious pool terrace is furnished with four sun loungers, a seating area, and awnings; additional comfortable seating areas can be found throughout the house.
