There is a bedroom with air conditioning hot/cold, with a double bed of 1,80 m x 2,00 m and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a second bedroom/office with built-in wardrobe and next to it a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower. Next to the main house, the villa has two independent appartments with their own separate entrance. Each has a double bed, a small fitted kitchen where you can have breakfast separately and a private bathroom. Outside, a staircase (approx. 20 steps) leads to a roof terrace with beautiful views of the pool and the sea. For the cold winters the house has gas central heating with gas cylinders, pellet fireplace in the living room and air conditioning A/C. There is also space for your car on the property with a private park place.

Very nice sunny residential area in Monte Solana, (mountain area of Pedreguer). Approx. 15 minutes drive to Denia and approx. 8 km to the nearest beach. Both airports (Alicante or Valencia) are only 1 hour drive away.

Rental price for up to 6 persons: 01.10. - 30.04 105 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. 140 € per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 30.08. 170 € per night. All prices plus electricity according to consumption with 0,30 €/kWh. Final cleaning flat rate for the house 160 €, and 50 € additional for each flat, additional cleaning fee for a dog 50 € (only possible on request). On request 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person 20 €. Internet is available free of charge. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months rental period the winter rent is 800 €/month plus additional costs according to actual consumption (electricity, water and gas bottles) + 1 month´s rent deposit. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
