Very nice sunny residential area in Monte Solana, (mountain area of Pedreguer). Approx. 15 minutes drive to Denia and approx. 8 km to the nearest beach. Both airports (Alicante or Valencia) are only 1 hour drive away.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 112,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 147,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. =177,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 210€ and a security deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€, cot or highchair for 20€.
