The centre of Denia is approx. 8 km away, but the centre of Els Poblets is approx. 600m away. In Denia you will find many shops, promenades, restaurants, a wide range of cultural, sports and leisure activities. Ferry connections to Mallorca and Ibiza. The golf courses in La Sella and Oliva Nova are approx. 10 minutes‘ drive away. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are approx. 1 hour‘s drive away.

Rental price from 01.10- 30.04: €50 per night. Rental price from 01.05 - 30.06: €70 per night. Rental price from 01.07 - 31.08 €90 per night. Rental price from 01.09 - 30.09: €70 per night. All prices exclude electricity based on consumption at €0.35/kWh. A flat rate final cleaning fee for the apartment is €90. Upon request, one set of bed linen and two towels per person is €20. A security deposit of €200 is also required. During July and August, rentals are only available weekly from Saturday to Saturday. A longer stay over the winter (October 1-March 31) is possible in this apartment. For a minimum rental period of two months, it can be rented at a winter rate of €490/month plus additional costs based on actual consumption.
