Very quietly situated community complex in Arabian style in Denia, 2 km from the kilometre-long sandy beach, restaurants and supermarkets such as Lidl/Consum are in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Denia is approx. 1 km away. In Denia you will find many shops, promenades, restaurants, a large cultural, sports and leisure offer. Ferry connections to Mallorca and Ibiza are also available in Denia. The golf courses in La Sella are about 10 minutes away by car. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are about 1 hour‘s drive away.

Rental price for 1 person: 01.10. - 30.04 = 75 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 105,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 125,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 4, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 10kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 140€ and a security deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€ (max. 10kg), cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), with 60 nights is possible with 50% price reduccion. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
