Close to the beach at the end of Las Marinas road in Deveses. The apartement is in front of “ Los Baños” a very nice beach bar and other restaurants. The nearest large towns are Denia, Oliva and Gandia. The distance to the airports of Alicante / Valencia is by car about an hour drive.

All prices are plus electricity consumption with 0,35 € / kwh. Final cleaning of the apartment 90 €, if necessary, additional cleaning fee with dog 50 €. Upon request, 1 x linen and 2 towels per person 15 €. Also a deposit is to pay of 200 €. During the months of July and August, the rent can only be on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. A longer stay over the winter (1.10.-31.03.) is possible in this apartment, from 2 months rental period for 490 € / month plus additional costs based on actual usage.
