The villa is located in Els Poblets, in the Barranquets area in a south-west facing residential area, quiet and sunny. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Els Poblets or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets. Els Poblets has a very good infrastructure with numerous doctors, shopping facilities and restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The next golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.

Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 132,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 167,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. = 197,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kW per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. There is a cleaning fee of 190€ and a security deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels for 20€/person; 1 pool towel for 10€/person; 1 dog for 50€, cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 900€/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water 1,25€/m3, electricity 0,30€/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent.
