In a quiet cul-de-sac in Els Poblets, in a beautiful panoramic location close to the village centre. Els Poblets has its own infrastructure that can be easily explored on foot or, thanks to its flat location, by bike. From the bakery, health centre, primary school and supermarkets, you will find everything your heart desires here. The distance to the sea is only a few minutes‘ walk and Denia can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Rental price from 01.10.-30.04. 105€/ night , Rental price May 130€ / night, June and September 160€ /night and Rental price from 01.07.-31.08. 200€/night. All prices are plus electricity according to consumption with 0,35€/kwh. and final cleaning 160 €, on request we provide 1 x bed linen and 2 towels per person for 20€. Wifi is possible for 10€/week. There is also a rental deposit of 200 €. In the months of July and August the rental is only possible on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or on request. Winter hire is currently not possible.
