From 01.10 to 30.04 you will have the opportunity to rent this property at a reduced price equivalent to a monthly rent of 900 €/month. An additional 2,50€ per night and per person will be charged. All prices plus final cleaning 130 €. A daily electricity consumption of 10kW is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A deposit of 200 € is required on the day of arrival in cash/card. If you have chosen the monthly rental, then the deposit will be the same as 1 month‘s rent and you will have to pay the price of the utilities according to your actual consumption (1.25 €/m³ and 0,30€kWh).
