The house is meticulously equipped with modern comforts including 3 splits of A/C, double glazed windows for optimal insulation, guaranteeing a comfortable environment during the summer but also during the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, electric boiler, hoover, broom and mop. If you wish to spend a nice summer barbecue afternoon, you can make use of the Weber charcoal BBQ available on the porch of the house. The dining room has a Smart TV. The beds in the bedrooms are: double bed 160x190 cm and two separate single beds 90x190 cm. The outdoor area consists of a large Mediterranean garden and a kidney-shaped swimming pool for adults and a pool specially made for children, which is shared with the houses that make up the neighbourhood, even though it is a very quiet and respectful area. We have also taken into account your vehicle. There is a convenient parking area next to the property.
Rental price for up to 4 persons: 01.10. - 30.04. for 80 € per night. Rental price from 01.05. - 30.06. and from 01.09. - 30.09. = 95 € per night. Rental price from 01.07. - 31.08. = 110 € per night. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.) is possible in this house, from 2 months this house can be rented for a winter rental price of 650 €/month plus supplies costs according to actual consumption + 1 month rental deposit. Additional cost of final cleaning 120 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person.
