    Only seasonal and long-term rentals from 11 nights possible The attractive, spacious and lovingly furnished home Casa Katta is located in a very quiet area of Els Poblets near Denia, only about 300 metres from the sea, surrounded by a well-kept gravel and natural stone garden with individual plants (see photos) and Mediterranean flair. A fixed stone seating area with barbecue and several seating options in the garden invite you to linger. Particularly noteworthy are the large pool and the winter garden (porche) with dining table group and resting place, where you can enjoy the sun all day long. In the hot summer months, there is an additional summer dining room with access to the kitchen. The living room is directly accessible via the porch and offers a very comfortable leather seating area for relaxing as well as a DVD player. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and the guest bathroom. A marble staircase leads to the two upper bedrooms, each with a large balcony, and to the spacious main bathroom. The garage is not available for a car, as it is used as a storage room, which also houses the washing machine. Parking is possible on the property, which can be accessed via an electrically opened gate, is given.

    Casa Katta is located only about 300 metres from the sea in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village. The "German centre" as well as small bars and romantic restaurants are within walking distance. The flat location allows (even without an e-bike) wonderful bicycle tours in the surrounding area and on the via verde to Denia as well as hikes directly from the house. In addition, the Montgo‘ (approx. 8 km away), the Segaria (the local mountain of Els Poblets) and the mountainous hinterland invite you to extremely varied mountain tours.
