Rental price for 1 person: from 01.10. - 30.04 = 112,50 € per night; from 01.05. - 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. = 147,50 € per night; from 01.07. - 31.08. =177,50 € per night; From the second person, up to a maximum of 6, the base price will be increased by 2,50 €/night per additional occupant. The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh.
