The village itself has a very good infrastructure with numerous shopping possibilities, doctors and various good restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The next golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella. Your advantage: You can walk to the beautiful sandy beach in Deveses from this house! If you would like to rent bicycles, we will be happy to help you. Everything is at ground level and also suitable for leisurely cyclists.

The house offers an attractive rental price: Rental price up to 4 persons in the low season 01.10. - 30.04. for 80 € per night, rental price early and late season from 01.05.- 30.06. and 01.09. - 30.09. for 100 € per night and in the high season 01.07. - 31.08. it is 120 €/night. 5 nights minimum. There is also a rental deposit of 200 € in cash/card. A longer stay in winter must be requested individually, as the owner herself also likes to spend time in this sunny house. All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh. Additional cost of final cleaning 130 €, EXTRA cleaning fee if arriving with dog: 50 €/dog. The beds have no bed linen included. If you wish to hire this service you can do so for 20 €/person, it will include a set of towels and bed linen for one person. If you want we also have pool towels for an additional 10 € per person.
