The exterior of the villa is equally charming, with an 8x4 meter swimming pool that invites you to relax and cool off on warm spring, summer and autumn days. The garden has a wooded area that adds a more natural ambience to the surroundings. It also has a covered parking space for one car and a practical storage room where the washing machine is located, guaranteeing a tidy and functional space.

Location
It is located in the residential area of the town of Els Poblets. It is an area that has all the necessary services to enjoy your holidays. You can find restaurants, supermarkets, a shopping centre in the neighbouring town of Ondara, medical services and veterinary services if you come with your pet. You can go to the Almadrava beach by car or walking and you can enjoy the long sandy beaches of the Marina Alta. The golf course of Oliva Nova is only 15 minutes away. A very nice residential complex where you can enjoy different activities.

In the outdoor area you will find an 8 x 4 m swimming pool, a porch overlooking the pool and the BBQ, a BBQ area with table and chairs, a gas BBQ and a cold-water shower to get rid of the chlorine from the pool. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. In the living room there is an air conditioning. There is also a Smart-TV with satellite channels and a cosy fireplace. The installation of air conditioning units in all bedrooms is done. The bedrooms have two single beds joined into a single bed with a size of 180 x 200 cm. A washing machine, a steam iron and free WIFI are also available.

The price includes bed linen with towels (large and small) and an electricity consumption of 17kwh per night; excess consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kwh. There is a cleaning fee of 160€ and a security deposit of 200€ which will be refunded up to 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Internet use is available free of charge. You have the possibility of hiring optional services such as: bed linen and towels at 20€/person; 1 pool towel at 10€/person; 1 dog at 50€ (more on request); cot or highchair for 20€. A longer stay during the winter (1.10.-30.04.), is possible for a price of 800 €/month from 2 months rental period. To the rental price will be added the costs for water € 1,25/m3, electricity € 0,30/Kwh, and in case of gas/diesel according to market price, and a security deposit equivalent to one month‘s rent. In accordance with the August 2024 Tourist Rental Regulation update, the rental of this property is only possible for a minimum of 11 nights.
