An internal staircase (with child safety locks) leads to the ground floor where there are three bedrooms. All three have air conditioning hot/cold and two bathrooms. There is space for 1 car on the property, plus of course plenty of off road parking right next to the house.

Where is this villa located? You will find our Villa Nina in a sunny and quiet location in Monte Solana II. The distance to the nearest beach is about 12 km. The centre of Pedreguer is only a few minutes away by car, there you will find supermarkets, bank ATMs, and much more. Our small capital Denia is about 15 minutes away and the big shopping centre in Ondara "Portal de la Marina" is also only 10 minutes away by car. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are 100 km away, about 1 hour drive.

Rental for max. 6 persons: Rental price from 01.10.-30.04. 150 € per night. Rental price from 01.05.-30.06. and 01.09.-30.09. 200 € per night. Rental price from 01.07.-31.08. 240 €/night. Monthly rental option from 2 months in the period from 1.10 to 1.04. Price per month from 1.000€. An additional 2,50€ per night and per person will be charged. All prices plus final cleaning 190 €. A daily electricity consumption of 17kW is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A deposit of 200 € is required on the day of arrival in cash/card. If you have chosen monthly rental then the deposit is equivalent to 1 month‘s rent. Dogs are allowed and have an extra cost of 50€. Optional services: - 1x bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small) at 20€/person. - 1x pool towel for 10 €/person.
