The centre of Pedreguer is only a few minutes away by car, there you will find supermarkets, bank ATMs, and much more. Our small capital Denia is about 15 minutes away and the big shopping centre in Ondara "Portal de la Marina" is also only 10 minutes away by car. Both airports, Alicante or Valencia, are 100 km away, about 1 hour drive.

A daily electricity consumption of 17kW is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. A deposit of 200 € is required on the day of arrival in cash/card. If you have chosen monthly rental then the deposit is equivalent to 1 month‘s rent. Dogs are allowed and have an extra cost of 50€.
